Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What days does MVP practice?

A: Teams can practice any day of the week. It will be determined by the coaching staff.

Q: How many tournaments does each team play?

A: 8-12 tournaments on average

Q: How is playing time determined?

A: It's up to the player's work ethic, attitude, sportsmanship and skills. It also depends on position needs/availability. There are no minimum playing time requirements. Player's typically do not sit for entire games. They may hit but not play on defense or vice versa.

Q: Are players allowed to play other sports?

A: Yes! We love having well-rounded athletes. Practices are optional from August to December to allow them to participate in other sports. Practices become mandatory January 1st and attendance may affect playing time.
