Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
MVP 8U 2026
After completing this registration and submitting the non-refundable deposit, the registrant party agrees to pay in full. No refund is available for amounts already paid/past due. To withdraw from the program, registrant party must do so in writing via email notification addressed to mvpbaseball@maplevalleyponyball.com and pres@maplevalleyponyball.com prior to the first of the year. Notifications of withdraw after the first of the year will not be considered for waiver of future payments per the payment schedule. By accepting this waiver you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Refund Policy as outlined above. You will not receive a refund
MVP Baseball 2026-2027
After completing this registration and submitting the non-refundable deposit, the registrant party agrees to pay in full. No refund is available for amounts already paid/past due. MVP Summer Slam Camp
Thank you for registering for MVP Summer Slam Camp. Due to the planning, staffing, field reservations, and equipment costs associated with camp, the following refund policy applies: Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the first day of camp will receive a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to the first day of camp will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start of camp or once camp has begun. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days due to illness, scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other personal reasons. If MVP Summer Slam Camp is canceled by Maple Valley PONY due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund or credit will be issued at the discretion of the organization. We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to properly staff and prepare for a great camp experience for all players
PONY Northwest Regional
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while ensuring the tournament’s commitments are met. Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before January 30, 2026 will receive a 100% refund. Partial Refund: Cancellations made from January 31, 2026 through May 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made after May 1, 2026 are non-refundable. Substitutions/Transfers If your team is unable to participate after registration, you may transfer your spot to another eligible team with written approval from Ken Hawkins. All transfers must be completed no later than May 15, 2026. There is no additional fee for substitutions or transfers. All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Ken Hawkins. Processing times may vary, but refunds will be issued within 14 business days of approval.
Rec Fall Ball League
Acknowledgement of Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy Schedule: *Baseball / Fastpitch Softball - You can cancel or ask for a refund up to the last day of registration, 100% refund (minus processing fee / credit card processing fee). *Baseball / Fastpitch Softball - You can cancel or ask for a refund up to one week past last day of registration, $25 fee will be retained (plus processing fee / credit card processing fee). *Cancellations past outlined criteria - entire registration is forfeited; no refunds, no transfer, no carryovers. By accepting this waiver you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Refund Policy as outlined above
